Rudzani is a well-grounded and skilled business leader with over 20 years’ experience in various business sectors, covering railway, FMCG, engineering, manufacturing and mining sectors.
As a mechanical engineering graduate and professional engineer (Pr. Eng.), he has successfully led turnaround projects; headed mega capital programmes; turnaround of operations and business units; lead business development and strategy processes in various industry sectors. He practiced as an engineer, project and programme director leading execution of mega projects and programme, as well as executive leadership level.

Bongani is currently our director of Operational Performance Excellence business. With over 16 years of industry experience, he has performed leadership roles in operations, growing from the first line management to occupying executive leadership role in global operations, responsible for several operations nationally.
He is a self-motivated professional with extensive experience in the FMCG industry. Over the years, he gained solid experience in manufacturing & quality management in complex environments. This includes inter alia, manufacturing strategies, production planning & control, cost management, quality management, purchasing, HR management, training, occupational health & safety, process development, inventory and change management. He also actively participated in implementation and maintenance of quality management systems i.e. HACCP, GMP, FSA, ISO 9001:2000 & FSCC 22000.

Anthony (Tony) Hounsell Gathercole
Tony is a consulting mechanical engineer with over 37 years of experience working in the heavy engineering industry. As a result, he has a thorough knowledge of all the processes involved. He has spent time managing a preparation workshop, a fabrication workshop, a production department and a quality department. Tony has worked as a project engineer providing instructions and technical support to workshop staff on the manufacture and refurbishment of rolling stock.
His competencies cover various disciplines within the engineering and manufacturing environment, including estimation, fabrication, project management, quality assurance, quality control, production management, technical reviews, and maintenance and failure analysis.
